About the role

To oversee and support the design and management of the strategy, implementation, development and evaluation of the Haiti programme. To lead and manage capacity in support of the Programme
implementation (HR, Finance and Logistics).

Skills/Attributes

Excellent French communication skills (oral & written). Excellent communicator and very good educational & coaching skills. Advanced skills in project, finance & strategy planning.
